At Numa, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully happy with your order, you may return eligible items in accordance with the policy below.
1. Your Right to Cancel (UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)
If you purchase products from our website, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items, without providing a reason.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. After notifying us, you will have a further 14 days to return the item(s) to us.
2. Return Conditions

3. Hygiene & Safety (Earrings)
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or refunded if the hygiene seal or packaging has been opened or removed, unless the item is faulty.
If the earrings remain sealed and unopened, they may be returned in accordance with our return policy.
4. Bracelets and Rings
Bracelets and rings may be returned provided they are:

5. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
Original standard delivery costs will be refunded where required by UK consumer law. Additional delivery upgrades (such as express shipping) are non-refundable.
7. Faulty or Damaged Items
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, all products must be as described, of satisfactory quality, and fit for purpose.
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. In this case, we will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund, including return shipping where applicable.
